Ramblin Rocket Club

The Ramblin' Rocket Club is a student-led organization based in Atlanta, Georgia. With over 160 dues-paying members, it is the largest student organization in Georgia Tech's School of Aerospace Engineering. The club employs 10 people and generates an annual revenue of $50 million. The Ramblin' Rocket Club's primary focus is to provide Georgia Tech students and members of the Atlanta community with the knowledge, resources, and equipment necessary to participate in rocketry. As National Association of Rocketry chapter #701 (GTRC), they have certified over a hundred students in High Power Rocketry. The club offers a variety of projects, ranging from traditional rocketry to space-related initiatives. The Ramblin' Rocket Club is known for its commitment to providing hands-on experience and fostering the development of key engineering skills. They actively participate in competitions such as the Spaceport America Cup and the NASA University Student Launch Initiative (USLI). The club also operates a High Altitude Balloon team, which develops tools for testing cube-satellite avionics at high altitudes.
