Own Your Awesomeness

Own Your Awesomeness (OYA) is a non-profit organization based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. With a team of 37 employees, OYA focuses on empowering high school girls. Their mission is to build confidence and courage in young women, helping them unlock their full potential. OYA achieves this through a variety of programs, including summer camps and year-round workshops led by inspiring female mentors.
