Who is Nova Law Review
Nova Law Review is a student-operated legal journal published in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The journal is comprised of seven employees. Nova Law Review publishes three times per year in October, November, and March. They provide a platform for outstanding legal scholarship, featuring contributions from judges, legal practitioners, law professors, and select students. The journal often dedicates an issue to survey articles and occasionally hosts a symposium. Beyond publishing legal scholarship, Nova Law Review offers intensive training in legal research, analysis, and writing to its members. This experience prepares members for legal practice and public service. Each member participates in the rigorous process of critiquing, revising, and polishing articles for publication, and is also required to author their own legal note or comment.
