Memphis Fashion Week

Memphis Fashion Week (MFW) is a non-profit organization based in Memphis, Tennessee, dedicated to promoting and celebrating local and regional fashion talent. Established in 2012 by Abby Phillips, co-founder of Arrow, MFW is run by a team of dedicated volunteers. The organization hosts an annual event each spring to showcase Spring/Summer collections from designers, photographers, models, and boutiques. MFW's primary focus is on cultivating and celebrating the Memphis fashion community. Through its events and initiatives, the organization aims to provide a platform for emerging and established designers to showcase their work and connect with industry professionals. The organization also works to educate and empower aspiring fashion designers through programs such as the Emerging Memphis Designer Project (EMDP) and the Fashion Design Certificate Program. In addition to the Memphis Fashion Week event, MFW collaborates with Arrow Creative, a non-profit organization dedicated to making art more accessible and inspiring creativity within the Memphis community. Arrow Creative provides resources and support for creative entrepreneurs, offers arts education programs, and hosts art immersion experiences encompassing various disciplines including fashion design, photography, woodworking, ceramics, painting, graphic arts, and book arts.
