Land Use Law Center

The Land Use Law Center (LULC) is a center located in White Plains, New York. Established in 1993, it employs 10 individuals. The Land Use Law Center focuses on fostering sustainable communities and regions through innovative land use strategies and dispute resolution techniques. They offer a variety of resources, including conferences, seminars, clinics, academic courses, continuing legal education programs, videos, podcasts, publications, and research. Their services cater to communities, individuals, and organizations facing land use, real estate, and environmental challenges. Working with trained law students, the Land Use Law Center provides research, training, technical assistance, support, and strategic planning services. Their goal is to efficiently and affordably address a wide range of land use problems encountered by urban, suburban, and rural communities.
