Healthy Capital District Initiative

The Healthy Capital District Initiative is a not-for-profit organization based in Albany, New York. Founded over 25 years ago, the organization employs 24 people and generates over $10,000 in annual revenue. HCD focuses on improving access to healthcare for children and adults in the Capital Region who might otherwise struggle to receive necessary services.
