Bwog is an independent, student-run news site based in New York, New York. Founded in 2006, Bwog operates as a separate entity from The Blue and White magazine, despite sharing a similar origin. Currently, Bwog employs 54 individuals. Bwog publishes daily news, events, and commentary focused on Columbia University. Their content ranges from administrative announcements and campus happenings to scientific discoveries, artistic expressions, humorous anecdotes, and satirical pieces. Bwog distinguishes itself through its commitment to providing timely and critical perspectives on campus life. Their coverage has gained recognition for breaking news stories, insightful commentary, and humorous takes on university events.
