Blessed Sacrament Catholic School

Blessed Sacrament Catholic School is a co-educational Catholic school located in Tampa, Florida. The school serves students from Early Childhood through 8th grade with an enrollment of approximately 475 students and a staff of 157 employees. Blessed Sacrament Catholic School offers Pre-School programs, both full- and half-day, for ages 2 to 4, and full-day programs for Kindergarten through 8th grade. The school's academic curriculum is designed to be challenging and balanced, incorporating creative and social aspects of education. Students take the Iowa Test of Basic Skills annually and demonstrate proficiency two grades above grade level on average. Technology integration is a key component of the educational experience, with computer classes beginning in first grade and Smart Boards in numerous classrooms. Specials classes, including Spanish, Music, Art, and Physical Education, are offered beginning in the Early Childhood program and continuing through Middle School. Blessed Sacrament Catholic School is accredited by the North Central Association and its 4-year old PreK program is Qualistar rated. The school is a participant in the Denver Preschool Program.
