Advance Carolina

Advance Carolina is a statewide, independent, Black-Led 501c(4) organization headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina. Founded with the mission to empower Black communities and institutions across the state, Advance Carolina operates with a staff of 2 employees. Advance Carolina focuses on building political and economic power within Black communities. Their approach centers on creating relationships and partnerships with strategic communities across North Carolina. Through the development and ongoing support of County Tables, Advance Carolina aims to address systemic issues that disproportionately affect people of color.
