ACFE Lebanon Chapter

The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners - Lebanon Chapter (ACFE Lebanon Chapter) is a local representative of the ACFE USA. The chapter is located in Beirut, Lebanon, at Sin el Fil, Symposium bldg. Floor 5G. ACFE Lebanon Chapter operates to support ACFE members in Lebanon. The organization's primary focus is to reduce the incidence of fraud and white-collar crime and to assist its members in fraud detection and deterrence. The ACFE Lebanon Chapter serves the finance, legal, government, and education industries. The chapter aims to minimize the incidence of fraud and white-collar crime. It also assists members in fraud detection and deterrence. Furthermore, the chapter creates awareness of the CFE credential, serves the community through public education, and forms liaisons with other professional organizations, business corporations, and law enforcement. The organization contributes to the common body of knowledge involving investigation of fraud, criminology, and ethics for fraud examiners. ACFE Lebanon Chapter provides training to its members and other professionals in the fraud examination field. The chapter is led by a team including Serge Andezian, MBA, CFE, CIA, CISA, LCPA, who serves as President. Elie Abdelsater CIA, CFE, GRCA, CERM, MBA, is the Vice President & Membership Director. Aline Lteif, CFE, is the Secretary of the Board. Dr. Hussein Tarraf, CPA, CFE, CICA, is an Emeritus Board Member. Dunia Haddad, CFE, is the Marketing Director. Mona Safieh is the Treasurer. Marie-Joe Chrabieh, MBA, CFE, is the Training Director. BILAL TAKKOUSH, MBA, CFE, is also a Board Member.
