A partner since 2001, Jim has extensive experience in performing and managing audits of not-for-profit organizations, federal award programs under OMB Circular A-133 and employee benefit plans, as well as closely held commercial entities. He also provides related tax compliance, planning and advisory services. Prior to joining the firm in 1998, he practiced with a large local CPA firm for 18 years. Mr. Bova is actively involved in Allentown's St. Thomas More Parish, his local homeowners' association and other civic and charitable organizations. A graduate of Shippensburg University, he is a member of both the AICPA and PICPA.
