Managing Director Hemanth has been involved in mergers, acquisitions and investments throughout his career. Prior to establishing Virgo Capital, Hemanth was the Director of Corporate Development at TIBCO Software (NASDAQ: TIBX), where he completed thirteen strategic investments and three acquisitions. Previously, Hemanth worked in the High Technology Mergers and Acquisitions group of Goldman Sachs, where he advised clients in a variety of industries including software, hardware and online media. Hemanth received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. Hemanth sits on the boards of Virgo Capital portfolio companies Accord Human Resources, Healthaxis, and iProfile. He is also involved with the firm's investment in Accruent. Hemanth also serves on the board of the Calm Waters organization.
